I am S. P. Singh from Lucknow. I have taken therapies majorly for smoking cessation and career related issues from Dr. Kavita Bhargava. Initially, I faced a lot of problem in quitting but once the sessions have been started it was not that difficult to quit smoking. I have been advised 5 exercises which are repeating affirmations, breathing exercise, forming a protective shield, read the script provided by Dr. Bhargava and self hypnosis for the period of 21 days and further. I have been very regular in my exercises without fail. Presently I face a bit of removal symptoms but I am very much happy in this smoke free zone and don’t want to lose this pleasure state in which I am right now. I want to thank Dr. Kavita Bhargava in helping me achieve what i could have not done without her guidance. Thank you!

From the Darkness to Bright Sunshine!
I was a victim of child abuse at the age of 10 Yrs by close relatives (male and female consiqutively), my whole vision had been changed towards females. My studies suffered drastically, but somehow i manage to got a job. Afterwards i became a hardcore porn addict, a guilt also developed simultaneously. I found myself in ditch, and felt that everything is over at my end. Finally in Dec 2017 at the age of 38 Yrs, i got contact details of Dr. KAVITA BHARGAVA, fixed an appointment and gone through her advice, treatment and guidance. Her therapy washed out my all accumulated negative thoughts and guilt, i felt my self more confident, and mentally sound. Now at present, i am absolutely normal and fine in all aspects and living a very happy married life. Thanks Dr. Kavita for your kind support. Regards.

It's very good indeed... So I always thought to share but somehow got missed due to xyz reason which you always manage to find... I think I should share it with rest of the group as it creates a lot of difference especially to new folks like me...I completed level 1 and level 2 clinical hypnotherapy with Dr. Kavita in the month of Feb and this lockdown happened within a month. Somehow I managed to get a client who happened to be my husband's cousin and was ready to be my client. I tried almost all the therapies that I learnt during that beautiful week Dr. Kavita... and guess what?? It turned out to be a very good experience for both the parties. Amongst all, the most effective was age regression for obvious reasons.. the entire exercise gives me a sense of confidence that I am moving in right direction and would like to pursue the remaining levels as soon as possible.. Part of my heart belongs to this now and I am sure we can do wonders together... so on that note - A big thanks to you and the entire EKAA organisation🤗

Dear ma'am I'm truly grateful for the services you are providing specially the podcast, I enjoy them and it actually significantly helps. Because of this pandemic it's impossible for students who can't afford private tutor to aquire tuitions. Online classes are not at all effective as real time interaction based classes. Some small private schools are not even providing online classes. Thus, recently promoted to class 12 students like me must be really worried because boards are approaching and so much syllabus yet to be covered. I know you probably have your plate full but still I would like to request to you please, kindly, if you could publish one chapter per week it would tremendously help both classes 11 and 12 to cope up with the due and catch on what they have been missing out for the unfortunate circumstances. Although I know it's too much to ask, it would really have been a blessing if you could upload more frequently. All that being said I thank you for all the good works.
